Felipe was right on time and in 20 minutes had the door opener working correctly again....he was so polite and friendly an the best part was we were told previously we may need a new circuit board and he assured us he could fix it without ordering any new parts.....we are grateful for the quick service and to have a garage door working once again

Was able to get the garage door repaired the next day after calling in. Paul replaced the torsion spring, bearings, and rollers in a reasonable time and the door is now working fine again, and quieter too, since the old metal rollers were getting worn.
