Thank you for your feed back and your business. We apologize if you felt we did not schedule your follow-up appointment as quickly as you felt was appropriate. For the record we were at your home last Friday 8/10/18 and left at 3:15 pm. On Monday 8/13/18 we called you at 8:31 am and set up your follow-up appointment. Our administrative office closes at 3:30 pm on Friday and reopens at 7:30 am on Monday.

I felt cheated $735 for a broken spring cable and roller tech kept adding more parts as he went along I could have bought a new door tor less doing this to seniors is not good it should be reported to the state attorney general

The service person, Mike T., was very honest and efficient. He gave me all the options that I had for repairs to my garage door and gave me an estimate immediately so I knew what my expenses would be. He wasted no time in making the repairs I needed and was very pleasant in his dealings with me. I will certainly use you again when I do anything more involving doors of any kind.

Precision installed 2 garage doors for me.They are the pre painted aluminum w the windows.I love these doors. Precision came out to adjust a squeaking runner within 24hrs.of my call ,under Warranty. It's now quiet,Mike T. Was a pro,had it fixed in no time.Thanks you guys!!

Outstanding service! Chris arrived exactly on time (although he was coming from the other end of the state), on a weekend, 24 hours after my call. He neatly repaired my garage door with an inconspicuous brace; I had expected to need a complete new door. While he was here he fixed a malfunctioning door opener on my other garage door. I'm your customer for life.

I was scheduled for a service call today (11/20) between 2 and 4 PM. Received a call from Precision asking if the technician could come at 9:00 AM to which I said was ok. Around 10:00 AM the technician had not arrived and I called Precision to inquire as to where the technician was. I was told that the technician would arrive within five (5) minutes and he did. I was never offered an explanation or apology as to why the technician was an hour late.

As we discussed in our telephone conversation, we are very sorry that you feel we didn't live up to our customer service standards. We do, however, book calls in a two hour window. We do this because it is impossible to predict with certainty when we will arrive. In this case, our technician got stuck in traffic -- a 35 minute delay on the interstate. I am glad that you feel we did a good job while fixing your garage door.
