This morning I received a call from Barry at 7:30 AM advising that he would be here at 8 Am and he arrived precisely on time. He repaired a broken cable and lubed all of the rollers and hinges. He noticed that the "lifter" had torn loose and was only attached to the plastic door and not to a bracket that had not been installed. He promptly took care of the problem. After Barry left I checked with a friend/neighbor/condo board of director and his garage door also did not have the bracket. This will be brought up at the next board meeting and I expect that you will be contacted to install the bracket on 114 more garage doors in the complex. I give Barry 5 stars - he was great! Would be nice if all businesses conducted themselves as you do! All aspects of the repair, from making the appointment to the completed installation, were performed professionally and with attention to detail. All representatives were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician, Barry, went out of his way to answer any questions we had and also to educate us on recommended maintenance. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you! We did purchase and replace the weather stripping that goes on the external side of the door, but I did not see those in the list below ;-)
