went on line and saw your ad and same day service and I really wanted to get it fixed that day so when I called and could get a 5-7 time slot so I took it, hard for me to get home before 5, and the person on the phone was very nice and helpful and my service tech was equally as nice and helpful. I wound up having a rebuild in which safety features were added and bigger spring/coils were installed so now my garage door no longer sounds like its in pain, its smooth and quiet. he also fixed a metal bracket that was 2/3rds split so he did a nice and professional and quick job on a very hot day...no complaints (I think I had Duane)and like I said, he did a complete rebuild...

Last Saturday Duane McCabe from Precision came over to replace the snapped torsion spring on our garage door. He arrived within a couple hours of our call. I was impressed with his professionalism. He assessed the damage and suggested our options in a clear manner, answered all my questions, and then did the work quickly and efficiently. We got new springs and new rollers, all better than the originals. He also taught me a few things about garage door systems I never knew before and showed me what to do for ongoing maintenance. Our garage door opens more smoothly and more quietly than it ever did - even when it was new. The entire process took about an hour. Duane and Precision exceeded our expectations in every way. Duane McCabe,provided the estimate for the job to be done. He was prompt(actually early) to the appointment he was knowledgeable and answered all question his recommendations made sense. I asked him if he would be the installer of the equipment. He replied in the negative to wit I told him I was disappointed because in a short hour I trusted him. I originally was only replacing my garage door system rollers with nylon ones (with a discount coupon from AAA)but knew that there were other safety issues that needed to be addressed.When Duane, the service technician,arrived, he pointed out that the springs and other parts of the system were unsafe at this point. We talked about options, and came to a decision to do a rebuild which replaced the springs, cables, pulleys and rollers at half the cost of replacing the doors. Not only are my doors quieter, but I know that they are safer. Duane worked efficiently and explained how to keep the system in good working order. Researched online (yelp, angieslist, etc.) for someone to replace our old garage door opener with a new one that we bought ourselves from Costco. Called several places. Precision's estimate was competitive with the other bids. They were able to send someone on the same day -- which took me by surprise. I was thinking that it wouldn't be able to send someone for several days. Duane, the technician, arrived on time. He answered all my questions, and even shared some suggestions on how to keep the garage door (and opener) in good condition. He was very thorough in his work and didn't leave a mess. After he installed everything, he tested the opener and made sure everything was working. I'm a stickler for details, and Duane did a great job. Duane was courteous and very professional. Excellent experience with Precision. I would definitely recommend them.
