this was the best and quickest repair I've ever seen. the tech. came in at the right time assessed the problem and gave me a ball park figure of the cost of the repair. I said o.k. and in about 45min. it was done. the tech exsplained to me about the repair and it was complete. I am thrilled with the quickness and professionalism of the tech. keep up the good work.

We had a garage door that was out of alignment. The service technician arrived early in the 2 hour commitment window, and identified the problem almost immediately. Before he left, the parts were already on order, with a promise they'd be ready to install 'early next week'. Not 3 hours later I got a call to schedule the parts replacement the following Monday. Terrific service, and fair prices - what more could you ask for!

Technician Gary arrived right on time, saw immediately what the problem was, and began fixing it. He explained why the failure had occurred and gave me several tips about maintaining the door. Gary is very knowledgable and is a good representative for your business. Everything went well except I'm not sure we tested the middle door. It is still not going down and Gary had already left. I tried to call him back but had to setup another appointment. Hopefully I don't have to take anymore time off work. Would have been 5 stars for sure except for it not being fixed.

I would like to compliment your technician Gary Richtmeyer & your company for your fast service and honesty. Prior to my calling your company for service I called an online garage door repair service. It was a bad experience and cost me $100.00 service charge which I paid and I assumed was repaired....several days later the same garage door problems that I was charged for were re-occurring ....I referred back to the original garage door service and found that I couldn't find their number online as I did originally. The installation of the door lifter and the door were done in a professional manner. However, when I signed the initial contract the price included the installation of a lock with an emergency release and this was not done and now an additional charge will be added doesn't seem right.

These are options and come with a modest additional fee. We would be happy to come out and install either or both items for you and would be willing to do so without a service fee or labor charges. I had a tough Garage door repair. I needed new springs which were special order (I have a 60 year old solid wood double garage door) and I needed a new Garage door opener. I had a great experience with Precision. Gary, the technician, was really helpful and knowledgeable. He called when he had a cancellation and was really flexible in working out a time that was better for my schedule. The problem was easy to fix but he lubricated the hinges so the door is so much quieter and explained all about future maintenance. I would definitely use Precision again.
