I called at 1pm and was told someone would be at my home between 2 and 4pm. At 3pm Gary arrived, quickly diagnosed and explained my problem and set about to repair the issue. He worked efficiently, quietly, and cleanly! I have a 21st century garage door system now to let me in to my 1940s garage. Thank you Gary. ( Ps we discovered we listen to the same satellite radio station.. Much to Gary's surprise!)

When I last called Precision to fix one of our two garage door openers, Gary pointed out that they had been installed improperly and were the wrong size/power for our doors. He warned us that the gear problem that destroyed one of the units would probably occur in the other unit within a year or so. Sure enough, he was right, and I knew just who to call to get the job done right. Fast, friendly, and efficient. He not only reprogrammed our openers so that they now operate both doors, but also repaired, free of charge, one of the damaged axle wheels on the garage door that was causing it to buckle. Should that door eventually need to be replaced (and Gary said it probably will, somewhere down the road), once again I'll know exactly who to call. Thanks, Precision! Brian Cummings
