Was very happy with same-day service for broken garage door with my car trapped inside. Matt G showed up in a couple of hours and with his help got the door open. Matt was very knowledgeable giving me the possible options and tradeoffs. Unfortunately, was not really reasonable to repair (60 yr old components) since I knew I needed a new one anyway. I was very impressed with the services provided by your team; from the initial call to book the appointment, to the confirmation before the technician arrived, to the final work completed. Everyone was friendly and professional. Repairs were completed by someone very knowledgeable who quickly repaired the garage door at a reasonable price. Matt arrived early and diagnosed a sprocket that needed replacement. Unfortunately, he had already used the three in his truck that day and said he would have to come back first thing in the morning of the following day. He said he would be here at 8:30, but arrived early around 8:00 and completed the replacement and had the door running like new. This was a very professional experience for us overall and it's a pleasure to have a technician with skill and a great personality, too. I recommend Precision Door Service for quality work.

As we tried to explain to Mr. Mclean, the AAA members deal was a promotion that we did with AAA as a benefit to their members. When customers book their appointment with us we always mention that they needed to purchase the coupon prior to our arrival and to present the coupon to the technician. For us to have sold Mr. Mclean a coupon on the spot would have been a breach of our agreement with AAA as well as being unethical. We are sorry that things didn't workout the way he had hoped, but we honor our contractual relationships.

We had a broken cable replaced. The service was prompt and very good. There was no "up-selling" involved. The tech checked the workings of the door, pointed out, very clearly, what was at issue and replaced the necessary parts. I would use them again.

Matt was great, fixed the issues within 20 minutes. The reason for a 3 star and not a 5 is that i was very surprised at how expensive the service was. In the future I'll have to shop pricing more carefully.

Thank you for your comments. We do provide the best quality parts on the market and, as a result, provide the longest warranty. Without a doubt you can find cheaper springs at the major home improvement stores. They, however, come with a 90-day warranty instead of our typical one to two years.

I wanted to tell you that I had a great experience with your company. Everything went as perfectly as I hoped. You arrived within 3 hours of my call, you rescued my car, you fixed my spring and provided me with excellent service. Thank you very much.

I don't give five stars lightly... these guys have wowed me twice. They repaired our garage door several years ago promptly and for a reasonable price. The door is old and gets a lot of use. On Sunday night we found that we had a broken spring. I called on Monday shortly after 7 a.m. and was told that they would have someone out before 10 a.m. Within two hours of my call, the door was fully repaired. That is incredible service for a Monday morning. Thanks!
