Recently scheduled an appointment on line to have a section of garage door replaced. Tom Rinaldi was our service technician and was on time for the initial appointment, walked me through some options, didn't try to sell me something I did not need, and gave me some basic GD maintenance tips. I had a reasonable quote within a couple days of the initial visit and the job was completed within the next week. Excellent experience from starting the quote process on line to finishing the job. Tom was a true professional. I would recommend Tom and Precision Door to anyone of my family or friends. Excellent company to do business with!

Tom did a great job on the garage door repair and also spent time checking out the other garage door. The same day service was excellent. I also liked that I did receive a senior discount. Tom was prompt and professional. He carefully inspected the door and its mechanisms and offered options. He replaced the broken or worn parts quickly and even installed some missing bolts. He finished by lubricating all the moving parts and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.

We had a great experience with Tom Rinaldi as our technician. Tom called prior to coming to let us know he would be a few minutes later than scheduled. When he came, he told us what was necessary to fix our very old garage door without too much of an investment since we use this garage for storage only. Tom was fast, professional and very helpful. Our very old door works quite smoothly now with its new springs, pulleys and cables. Thank you Tom for your great service and thank you Precision Door Services. I called expecting to wait days to have my door opener repaired. Instead I got an appointment for the next day which was Saturday. The service technician came as promised with a van stocked with parts. Technician was knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done in order for the door to work again.
