After 25 years of working day and night building and growing businesses for others, my wife finally persuaded me to take the leap and buy Precision Door Service. Since August of 2009, we have grown from a team of 7 employees to 18 today, and we now service more than 6,500 New England families every year. My wife and I have lived in the greater Boston area for over 20 years. We raised two wonderful kids here and now share our home with my parents and our two dogs. While we always try to make every customer experience pleasant and painless, we know things don’t always go perfectly. When that happens, we ask that you let us know so we can do our best to resolve the issue and make things right. I’ve always believed that you judge a company by how it handles problems, not how it handles the easy stuff.
