He gave me my option for a new opener and within and hour had it all set up and ready to go. Sorry, my arrival wIndow was 12-4,when I made the appointment. It was changed last minute to 2-6 which was 1 hour later than I could manage, having dinner plans at 5. I had hoped he would arrive before 4:30 and I waited as long as I could. Also, I was told your technician could not legally work on it without the electric eyes, but later when I raised the issue she said it would be okay. I'm not so sure.
