Precision Door installed a completely new garage door setup for us in January. Technician explained what he did and how to operate our new door. A few weeks ago, I noticed a space in the facing of the door. I spoke with a support person and they had someone come out a couple of days later. He let me know that it only needed a couple of nails. I realized that was something I could have done but I read the warrenty and I wasn't sure if I would void the warrenty so I called and they fixed my issue. Great service and techs were courteous and personable.

I had a new double car garage door installed last year. Pricision Garage Door Service was very good in helping selecting a door, in installing it, and in after install checks. Barry the service technician showed up at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem that caused the old opener to fail. He explained what work need to be done, and installed a new opener, springs, safety cables etc.. in a timely and professional manner.

I couldn't be more complimentary of the service i received today from Precision. I left a message at 5:30 AM that my garage door would not close. A little after 7AM, when the office opened, Glenn reached out to me on my cell to inquire what was going on. I explained the problem, and he said "let me check to see if i can get a tech out to you today ! I will call you back in 10 minutes. I had carelessly damaged one of my garage doors, hitting it with my car's bumper, warping the bottom 12 inches of the track badly, ripping mounts out of the door and wall, and knocking the safety sensor light off of its bracket. A pair of friends began to bend the damaged section of the track back into shape, but gave up after half an hour. My wife and I managed a bit of forward progress in the next few hours, but we could not straighten the track. Over the next three days I called numerous companies claiming they provided the best garage door replacement and repair service in the area. One representative came, took photographs, and gave us a proposal for approximately three times the cost of the successful repair by Precision "because you have to buy 2 replacement sets of tracks. Nobody will sell you just one track." Another company said they could send somebody out to look at my problem in 2 weeks. Precision had a fully stocked van in my driveway on the same day I made my request for service -- half an hour earlier than promised -- and an expert technician restored the track to its proper shape and who beyond all of our expectations remounted the safety system optics on a new bracket and had the door fully operational in 20 minutes, at a fraction of the times and prices quoted by other organizations. Two of my 27 year old garage doors are due for replacement and upgrade in the next couple of years. The technician explained the options to us without pressure or hyperbole. When the time comes, we know who to contact.

Both technicians were very courteous and answered all of my questions. They installed a new 18 ft garage door and a new garage door opener. They demonstrated the use of the key pad for the garage opener and explained the function of the garage door opener wall switch. They worked efficiently in the very cold weather.
