Precision Garage Door did some major work on my garage door about 4 years ago. Over time, the door was starting to loosen so that it didn’t always stay up. Since I had a 5 year warranty for parts and labor, I called Precision back to have the work done. I was pleasantly shocked when they had a technician available to come out today, the day I called. And the technician they sent, Dylan, could not have been better. He’d already read the previous work order from 4 years ago before he even arrived, then he quickly analyzed the current issues, repaired everything perfectly and quickly, and explained clearly everything he’d done. Along with his obvious expertise and competence, he also could not have been a nicer person. Because of Dylan, I’m giving Precision 5 stars, but wish I could give many more. FYI, the warranty covered all parts and labor, leaving me to pay only a reasonable service fee, which was outside the 5 year parts and labor warranty. I will definitely do business with Precision Garage Door again and ask specifically for Dylan when I need garage door service in the future.

After calling my old door company and found out they were sold , i reached out to Precision. I booked my service online and found they had availability the same day! Dylan called me before and said he was on his way. The professionalism and attention to detail were amazing in his work replacing broken springs and cables. I would highly recommend this company for service and especially Dylan who is an asset to the company he works for.

Excellent experience! I called to have a maintenance checkup on my garage door and its automated opening components. Ron was pleasant and professional. He listened to my questions and responded with helpful information. He evaluated the door and opening mechanism and made some adjustments to keep it running smoothly. Exceptional service today. The old garage opener broke this morning. I called about 8:20 AM this morning. I had appointment and by 1:30 PM this afternoon you installed a new opener with a security camera, updated remotes and key pad. Great service, I will always recomend you. Also a great price. I missed the call, but I also got a email and a text letting me know that Brian was on his way and he arrived on time, despite the long distance. He was helpful and friendly. He listened to all the issues I raised and responded to all of them. My house is 100 years old, with a waste pipe and gas pipes in the way, so of course things are more complicated. I appreciated his explanation of the options and attention to detail. Because of the complications, I still have to consider my next step. I think in a less complicated situation, I could have moved ahead.

The website was easy to locate and easy to navigate. It quickly to me to an appointment schedule. The service call fee was clearly stated and I was delighted with the 25$ discount. The technician was on time, and called before arrival to verify his arrival time. He was mindful of not tracking dirt in, was quick to assess the problem. I appreciated that he gave me the option of only repairing the broken spring but provided an estimate for replacing both. He was efficient, pleasant, and professional. His service was a credit to your business.
