Sorry, my arrival wIndow was 12-4,when I made the appointment. It was changed last minute to 2-6 which was 1 hour later than I could manage, having dinner plans at 5. I had hoped he would arrive before 4:30 and I waited as long as I could. Also, I was told your technician could not legally work on it without the electric eyes, but later when I raised the issue she said it would be okay. I'm not so sure.

I was anxious about this interaction but Noah clearly and respectfully communicated every option and step of the process. He made the broken old system disappear without stress or trace before he meticulously installed an updated replacement with minimal interaction at a fair price. More power to him and any that mirror him. The Liftmaster Garage door opener provided all of the Security and WiFi services requested. Noah was prompt and professional. He represented his value and the company well. Between his respectful customer service skills, the quality product and a very fair price I was relieved that it was a positive experience.
