I was very pleased with the service I received today from Precision Door who fixed our problem with our remotes. Not only were they old, but i had new batteries which worked for a few days and died. He suggested replacing the lightbulb in the garage as that was interfering with the signal. He also removed an unseen bird's nest that wasn't helping at all. He carefully explained the options with the keypad and we chose to get new remotes and Ron was able to make everthing clear and complete in a half hour. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Ron was a great representation of your company!! A very pleasurable experience. He was even very friendly with my 85lb dog trying to get in the way. He was friendly and professional. He explained exactly what I needed and it totally made sense. There was no pressure to do more than what was needed. He did the job within an hour. We were super pleased with the work Ron performed in fixing both our garage doors. They used to be very hard to open, and one had a broken spring. Now we can open either door with just 2 fingers. We got the package that included replacing all rollers, springs, installing safety wires to stop broken springs from snapping back and doing damage and cables. Very pleased with the result!
