I had a very good experience! Ron is the best kind of technician: he showed me what was wrong with the old setup and explained why it wasn't working. (I only knew it wasn't working well.) He walked me through the repair options, clearly explaining each one. In less than an hour, my garage door was moving smoothly. If I ever have another problem, I will absolutely go to Precision.

I had a timely response to my voicemail request for service and Rob arranged for the service we needed very efficiently. Ron was the tech who performed the service and he was excellent. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional, as was the secretary in the office, when I called. We called Precision because they sold and installed the large overhead door which we have been so pleased with. We will certainly continue to do business with Precision.

Ron did excellent job! Very professional and very quick ! I was a little disappointed that the invoice didn't list what cost what ! and 12.50 fuel charge ? that's why i used a local business ! Only 2 or 2 1/2 miles from my house ! The price was a bit much but i don't mind supporting a local business !

I was very pleased with the service I received today from Precision Door who fixed our problem with our remotes. Not only were they old, but i had new batteries which worked for a few days and died. He suggested replacing the lightbulb in the garage as that was interfering with the signal. He also removed an unseen bird's nest that wasn't helping at all. He carefully explained the options with the keypad and we chose to get new remotes and Ron was able to make everthing clear and complete in a half hour. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Ron was a great representation of your company!! A very pleasurable experience. He was even very friendly with my 85lb dog trying to get in the way. He was friendly and professional. He explained exactly what I needed and it totally made sense. There was no pressure to do more than what was needed. He did the job within an hour. He also notice he could better position my outside camera. It was much better. Not part of the job, just a nice guy. I would highly recommend his service, and this company. The Internet had so many choices so I wne by the reviews which brought me here to Precision. Making an appointment was very easy and they set expectations upfront.
