This the third time Dylan service my garage door. Dylan as usual very professional to assess the issue and provide the fix.

Setting up the appointment was super easy - smooth, self-serve, and hassle-free! Dylan arrived right within the scheduled time window and even gave us a heads-up call about 20 minutes before arriving, which was a thoughtful touch and helped us plan. Although our issue turned out to be a bit of a unicorn (something his company doesn’t typically handle), Dylan went above and beyond! He was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely eager to help. He offered useful advice, next steps, and even recommended other businesses that might be able to assist. He also tried a few things on the spot just in case they worked, and ended up fixing an issue we didn’t even know we had, just because he really wanted to help! What really stood out was his customer-first attitude and professionalism - qualities that are rare and refreshing these days. We were truly impressed and will absolutely reach out to Dylan and Precision Garage Doors for any future garage door needs.

Today Paul serviced by garage door. He called before he arrived to give me his ETA. He was very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem. He gave me three different options of service, and he told me I didn't need to replace the motor. He completed the job quickly, and cleaned up after. I am so pleased I called Precision Door Service. I am really happy with the service I received. One of my garage doors had a broken spring, that combined with 30 year old parts warranted some professional help. Paul from Precision was punctual and did a great job walking me through my options. He was able to complete all the work in a reasonable amount of time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Need to separate out the services performed and the cost. Five Stars: Thought Jason Padrick was great, thought the sevices performed were great, and the garage door is running smooth again. Two star: I thought $599 PLUS THE $79 service fee was WAY too much for the services performed plus the new hardware. I have the springs, cables, and pulleys replaced. That's it. Bottom line: I thought Jason did a great job. I think the services are WAY overpriced.

Thank you for your comments. Our prices reflect the quality of our parts. Your repair did include replacement of all the parts of your counter balance system and came with a 7 year warranty. Our competitors typically only give a 1 year warranty with the purchase of a new door and a 90-day warranty with repairs. Also, we did give you an option for fewer parts at a substantially reduced cost and a more limited warranty.

our service was great , our technician was working in zero degree weather for hours with no complaints. He was communicative, reliable , hard working and responsible, his name was Adam. The office worked well for us and even though there was a bump or two in the road they attended to whatever was needed quickly in fitting our door. We highly recommend them .
