Ray enjoys his career as a Precision Door Technician. When he's not installing/repairing garage doors/openers, Ray is actively participating in his favorite pasttimes such as basketball, lacrosse, mountain biking, and swimming. A native of western Massachusetts, Ray takes pride in his work and feels fortunate working for an outstanding garage door company. He attended Springfield Technical Community College and then Rochester Institute of Technology with degrees in Graphic Arts and Print Management.

We love our new doors. Ray was very knowledgeable and explained everything and cleaned up the garage. We did need to have an issue about 4 months after the door was installed. They came out within a day of our call and fixed the noise -- at no charge. The door has now been working trouble free.

Ray called to let me know he was running a few minutes late -- got to love that! Once he arrived he inspected my door and reviewed everything with me. I must say he talked to me in a way that I actually understood what he was reccommending. He cleaned the garage and left it in better condition than when he arrived. My door works great!
