This was advertized as a tuneup with nylon rollers installed. I was hoping to make them open and close a little quieter. One did work better, the second door is still very noisy. The technician explained to my wife that this was because the door had been backed into. Live and learn. the service performed category below did not list tuneup.

Thank you very much for your comments. Although we try to make existing doors as quiet as possible. Sometimes, however, the doors need more than a new set of rollers... sometimes they need to be replaced. It appears that your doors needed additional work, which we did recommend.
