Precision Door installed a completely new garage door setup for us in January. Technician explained what he did and how to operate our new door. A few weeks ago, I noticed a space in the facing of the door. I spoke with a support person and they had someone come out a couple of days later. He let me know that it only needed a couple of nails. I realized that was something I could have done but I read the warrenty and I wasn't sure if I would void the warrenty so I called and they fixed my issue. Great service and techs were courteous and personable.

I had a very good experience! Ron is the best kind of technician: he showed me what was wrong with the old setup and explained why it wasn't working. (I only knew it wasn't working well.) He walked me through the repair options, clearly explaining each one. In less than an hour, my garage door was moving smoothly. If I ever have another problem, I will absolutely go to Precision.

I had a timely response to my voicemail request for service and Rob arranged for the service we needed very efficiently. Ron was the tech who performed the service and he was excellent. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional, as was the secretary in the office, when I called. Ron did excellent job! Very professional and very quick ! I was a little disappointed that the invoice didn't list what cost what ! and 12.50 fuel charge ? that's why i used a local business ! Only 2 or 2 1/2 miles from my house ! The price was a bit much but i don't mind supporting a local business !

This is not my first "go 'round" with Precision and I continue to realize why. From my call to schedule, the actual scheduling itself and the service provided by Jim, my service technician, Precision was a breath of fresh air. Jim realized he needed something to help complete the adjustment to our new door and instead of making excuses, got in his truck and drove to Home Depot to make sure the job was done right. And, at the end of the service, he assured me that a roller may need replacing and promised to note the same on his report to the company. Top notch in every way.
