Mike came a few hours early and when he didn't have the right part got back that afternoon with not only the part (an extra long cable) but also a second Mike to help out. Door now working like a charm. He is returning soon to weather strip and water resist the door which we're very much looking forward to. Several years ago one of your techs spent a very cold Sunday fixing our garage door spring. You're the best.

Needed some lubrication and the sensor adjusted. The tech who is also a manager I think, believe his name is Ron, showed up early, was very nice, and very competent. Pricing is fair, and I got a bit of an education in Garage door maintenance and what to expect in the future.

Lou arrived at my home even earlier than expected and was able to diagnose and fix my problem within minutes. He was honest, professional, friendly and thorough. My "repair" actually turned out to be a radio frequency issue with a replaced light bulb in the motor. Who would have guessed? We replaced the curly light bulb with an old style one and my doors open and shut just fine. He really knew his stuff. I would absolutely recommend this company and would call them again if I needed repair or was replacing my doors.

The technician came on the earlier time of appointment and fixed the problem quickly. It was a realignment of sensor eyes so garage door closed. Tom also added another bolt to ceiling fixture since he saw it was loose. This is at least the third time I have used Precision Doors and would recommend them.
