Mike did an excellent job of explaining my options for repairing the garage door opener. I chose to replace the whole assembly rather than just the gears. The old unit was installed in 1997. Mike did a great job in replacing the unit. It was not the best of conditions with the heat. Everything was done in a timely manner and he explained the operation of the new unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the replacement. I have used Precision before and as usual I would use Precision again and recommend them for anybody with garage door issues

This is the second time I've used Precision to have a garage door opener installed - I called them because the first experience was very good. Their booking/scheduling process is easy, their technician arrived on time, and the quote was accurate. Mike T was the technician on this last installation and he was awesome - very professional and explained everything perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

Dealing with Precision was a pleasure. From the initial phone call I made to having the service performed within 24 hours. Paul the technician was terrific-a real professional. He diagnosed the problem I was having with my garage door opener and then clearly explained the options I could choose from to fix it. From our first contact to Precision with the customer representative to the installation of the keyless garage door opener by Ron Lecours, was First Class! Everything was handled just as the customer Representative said it would. Ron Lectures arrived on time. He and my husband spoke about the inside door opener. He showed the keyless entry pad to us and demonstrated how it would work. He took out the old buttons and wiring and made sure that everything was safe and installed the opener, taking the time to make sure the old holes were covered. No high pressure, the opener sold itself, that's how great it is. He also added that where it is installed out of the weather it should be good for years. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He's definitely an asset to your organization. We will recommend your company without hesitation! Thank you!

I had an online chat with Precision on a Friday evening, and set up an appointment for the next day, Saturday at 5 pm. He informed me of the initial fee and actually called the next day to ask if we were available earlier. We were, and he came by assessed the job, and completed it there and then in about 1/2 hour. The service was exceptional and Lou, our technician was both professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely use and recommend Precision again.

Recently scheduled an appointment on line to have a section of garage door replaced. Tom Rinaldi was our service technician and was on time for the initial appointment, walked me through some options, didn't try to sell me something I did not need, and gave me some basic GD maintenance tips. I had a reasonable quote within a couple days of the initial visit and the job was completed within the next week. Excellent experience from starting the quote process on line to finishing the job. Tom was a true professional. I would recommend Tom and Precision Door to anyone of my family or friends. Excellent company to do business with!

In order to be fair I will score based on each aspect of my experience. I called precision because my web search found them first with advertised same day service. Prompt service grade 1.. I was told two day wait. Actual service performed by the technician was pleasant and efficient. Grade 5. Cost was very high.the repair was simple, replace cables $198.. Grade 1

We are sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations. We did listen to the phone call... we offered you earlier appointments they simply didn't fit with your schedule. As a result I'm not sure its fair to grade us on a two day wait! As indicated by your safety survey report indicates, there was a lot of issues with your door. The cables were broken (which we replaced), but we did have to spend time adjusting other parts to make sure the door would work properly. We still recommend you address the issues we suggested -- even if you go to another garage door company. If not you are going to have serious issues with your door in a couple years. Again we apologize that we were unable to provide you the level of service you expected.

My wife called around for a garage technician. It was the personal interaction/ customer service on the phone that sold us to work with Precision. When the tech arrived at the house he was on time, helpful and very informative. Most of all he work quite well with us. He listened to us and made sure all questions were answered. we are quite impressed with the customer service and how the job was handled. Thank you very much and we will be seeing you when my other garage door opener breaks down...as it has been 14 years.

I selected Precision Garage Overhead Door Service after having come across an online video that highlighted that the Precision overhead door company seeks whenever possible to repair a garage door opener rather than replace it with a new one. The video also noted the company does not take the short cuts that some garage door opener companies take and seeks to perform in the best possible manner. My call to Precision was a shot in the dark to have the motor raised on my garage door opener and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The serviceman was totally competent and professional; and he had the knowledge and the tools to provide just the service that I needed. The cost for his services was quite reasonable. I am very relieved that my problem has been solved and I will be quick to call Precision again when the need arises.
