Gerry Oulette arrived and I brought him into my garage to open the door so that he could see the problem I described. It was an unusual issue. Not just a broken spring. He immediately identified the problem and it was taken care of in 15 minutes. Upon my request he helped me re-program my car to the opener, and then showed me how to do the same for my wife’s car. He recommended replacing springs and pullies etc . which i said yes. All done in a couple of hrs. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this company.
