Gerry Oulette arrived and I brought him into my garage to open the door so that he could see the problem I described. It was an unusual issue. Not just a broken spring. I found the company on line and liked their ad. I called and they sent a tech out the same day. He evaluated the problem and replaced the 26 yr old door opener and track . We selected Precision Garage Door from a search based on their Website. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician (Gerry) was prompt and courteous.
