When I last called Precision to fix one of our two garage door openers, Gary pointed out that they had been installed improperly and were the wrong size/power for our doors. He warned us that the gear problem that destroyed one of the units would probably occur in the other unit within a year or so. Sure enough, he was right, and I knew just who to call to get the job done right. Fast, friendly, and efficient. He not only reprogrammed our openers so that they now operate both doors, but also repaired, free of charge, one of the damaged axle wheels on the garage door that was causing it to buckle. Should that door eventually need to be replaced (and Gary said it probably will, somewhere down the road), once again I'll know exactly who to call. Thanks, Precision! Brian Cummings

Gary showed up when promised. He quickly identified the problem with my garage door, provided me with several options and did exactly what I asked. I felt very comfortable with his recommendation and felt he was honest and knew what he was doing. Door runs smoothly and I love the peace of mind the warranty give me.
