So far, excellent service. Signed up for a free estimate, received a phone call immediately and scheduled for the person to come out, all within the same day! Paul was very helpful and professional. We have ordered a new garage door and now simply need to wait (order will take about 6-8 weeks). Hopefully the product and install will go as smoothly as the estimate and ordering.

I would give Paul 10 stars if it was possible because of how he engaged with my garage door obsessed child. He answered numerous questions, and was kind and encouraging through the whole process. This was definitely the highlight of my child's year! With regard to the actual service, Paul was knowledgeable and prompt. He clearly laid out our options for repair or replacement with information about the warranties. He was friendly and cheerful, and did not try to push more services than we wanted. You took a 50% deposit of $1,500 and then called and cancelled the appointment. I was told you would call back with a new date and I've heard nothing and left another message. I am unhappy and the person I spoke to, tom, was rude. I want my money back or an actual call back with a date of when this will be completed. It has been 6 weeks

We had made several attempts to get our garage door working again, using several random garage door guys. Precision showed up and successfully fixed the neighbour's door, so we booked him to check ours. He quickly identified it as a circuit board problem, had the part and was able to replace it on the spot, and 'presto' the door is working again. Thanks Paul! Great job.

I was lucky enough to have Felipe Goncalves come to our house to fix a broken spring. Felipe came in and inspected the damage and gave me a few options. I choose to have new springs, cables, and rollers installed for a special that was available. Felipe was very good as he took the time to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Not only was it done right but Felipe was one of the nicest people i have had the pleasure to meet. I can't say enough good things about Precision and their employees and the excellent work they do. I would highly recommend anyone that has any issues with their garage doors to call Precision ASAP. Certainly was the right decision for me. If I ever have any other issues I'm going straight back to precision as I know the job will be do right.
