Had a great experience with Precision Door. The technician (Gary) was very informative and gave me all the available options with pricing on taking care of my problem. In no way did he try to sell me more then what I needed. The work was done in a timely manner and the space left clean after they left. The door works like it was brand new. Overall the experience was a great one.

Great experience overall! I originally was going to just have the garage door system repaired but the tech that came out, Gary, said it was in need of so much repair that a new system was the better (and lower cost) way to go. The existing garage door system really was awful, rotting and rusting away, but I didn't realize just how dangerous it was until Gary talked to me about it. After I decided to go with the new door and hardware the process went very smoothly. Precision met the timelines and cost that I was quoted and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Precision!
