First time using Precision. My garage door wasn’t opening on a Friday. It was easy to go onto their website and book a window of time for the following Monday. Lloyd called me 30 minutes before coming to let me know. He was very professional and efficient. I have referred them to my neighbors.

Barry the service technician showed up at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem that caused the old opener to fail. He explained what work need to be done, and installed a new opener, springs, safety cables etc.. in a timely and professional manner.

The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He evaluated my issue and gave me options for the fix. He needed to rebuild the garage door with new rollers, springs, etc. The job took about 40 minutes. The door now works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price. I think the price was high for the job but I needed to have it done and there is a $130.00 service call fee.

Excellent service ... scheduled the visit on line ... my two existing doors definitely needed servicing and updates ... the team had all the parts, all the tools, and provided / installed complete openers and new door parts quickly and with skill. From beginning to end, this is a company I can recommend . This is not a DIY project... the technicians are pros.

I couldn't be more complimentary of the service i received today from Precision. I left a message at 5:30 AM that my garage door would not close. A little after 7AM, when the office opened, Glenn reached out to me on my cell to inquire what was going on. I explained the problem, and he said "let me check to see if i can get a tech out to you today ! I will call you back in 10 minutes. " He called back and in fact had someone come out this morning around 9:30AM. Glenn, Thank you for quick response.

Scheduling the visit was super easy with the on line tools offered. The technician arrived early in the time window provided and he was friendly, courteous and very accommodating to my requests. The repair was completed and he was able to improve performance on a couple of small issues I had. The service was done on equipment they did not install. I reached out to Precision after failed attempts to the original installer.
