Lou did a fantastic job for us. He explained all the options available thoroughly and was very patient as I tried to decide what made the most sense for our situation. And when I ultimately changed my mind mid-way, he said no problem and just made the necessary adjustments. We are still considering a brand new door and will definitely go with Precision when we decide.

Tech didn't have wires attached on electric eye. Probably why electric eyes would not light.
Our best guess is that the wires were not correctly installed. The opener worked when we left, but obviously we hadn't done the original job properly. We apologize for any inconvenience and are obviously happy to come out and provide warranty work (free of charge). Again we are sorry our first attempt to fix your opener wasn't as promised.

Duane did a great job, came right on time and solved the problem right away. He gave us some options but in the end we went with replacing a 30 yearn old opener that had been giving us trouble, on and off, for the last year or so. He showed us how everything worked before he left.

We love our new doors. Ray was very knowledgeable and explained everything and cleaned up the garage. We did need to have an issue about 4 months after the door was installed. They came out within a day of our call and fixed the noise -- at no charge. The door has now been working trouble free.
