I had a very prompt , knowledgeable employee from Precision Door service show up at my home when I needed him the most. His name was Felipe, and he got right to it, showed me what went wrong with my cables, and explained my bill to me. I was more than pleased with how my entire transaction occurred from start to finish. The young lady that took my call was very pleasant and quick, I loved how the email confirmation showed me exactly who would show up to my home. Thank you Precision I will use you every time from now on!

Professional service and would recommend you guys to anyone. We called our usual provider as this was an emergency and they could,not come out for 5 days even though we were regular customers. You guys were out the next day. Also technician was professional and a nice guy

I called precision at 3pm and they were at our house at 4:15pm. Our garage door had broken springs and pulleys, the door was off-line and would not open from the transponder. Our Technician Tom, was fast efficient and knowledgable. He did a complete tune up replacing all wheels and pulleys, putting in new electronic eyes and even programming our car built in transponder. All this with no hassles. The door operates like new again, Thank You Precision!!

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. IT TOOK THEM NO TIME TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND MY GARAGE DOORS WAS UP IN RUNNING IN ABOUT AN HOUR. Scott was an hour late -- he did call you warn me, but I had arranged my day around the scheduled appointment. He did explain my options and fixed my opener. I was a bit frustrated that the part was special order and that we had to set up another appointment.

I had a great experience with Precision. Gary, the technician, was really helpful and knowledgeable. He called when he had a cancellation and was really flexible in working out a time that was better for my schedule. The problem was easy to fix but he lubricated the hinges so the door is so much quieter and explained all about future maintenance. I would definitely use Precision again.
