We are replacing 50 yr old plus wooden garage door. Technician could not be more helpful in explaining options and listening to our concerns and thoughts for the replacement. He had excellent attention to detail. We ordered our door and can’t wait to see in installed! We were looking for a company that dealt exclusively with garage doors since ours was an older house and we were not sure if some customization would be needed. Very confident in the choice we made.

The technician definitely deserves 5 stars, but the scheduler does not. My appointment window was from 10 to 12. At 12 the technician called from Plymouth (I live in Boston) to say he had just finished his previous job there. Not good scheduling!!!!

We appreciate the feedback. As you may know, many companies are finding it difficult to fill vacant positions. We are no different and have been trying to fill an open spot in the Plymouth area. I had a garage door that would not seal properly and left an open quarter-inch gap on the right side of the door. Frank from Precision Door arrived and did stellar work diagnosing as well as fixing the problem. A professional with twenty years of experience in this field, he already had wood and hardware supplies in his van. His skill at woodwork created a solution that resulted in a door operating far more smoothly and quietly. The gap was closed, and thus there will no longer be opportunities for insects and small rodents to enter the garage when the weather gets colder. Hats off to Frank and Precision Door Service!

Precision Door Service was very prompt to schedule a visit by Mike who explained everything in detail, asked questions about what I wanted and took measurements. I had done some previous research and felt that this company got the best reviews on installation and service. The only drawback for me was that it took 4 weeks from the time of Mike's visit (when I placed my order) to the installation. However, the installer was also excellent, polite and efficient and I am very pleased with my new garage door and opener. Great company!

I am very happy with my new garage doors--they make it so much easier to use the garage, and they work beautifully. The technicians who came to our house were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There was a slight problem with one of the doors when first installed, but as soon as I mentioned it the company sent out another technician, who not only fixed the problem but also fixed another problem we didn't know we had. I recommend them highly.
