I chose Precision from their ad in the Yellow Pages. They were immediately cordial and helpful on the phone and made an appoint for the same day. They send a confirmation email and pictures of the employees so you can recognize your repair person. I was given a time window of 1-3. Before 1pm I received a call from Mike T letting me Know he would be arriving by 1:25. Mike checked out the situation and gave us options for repair. He was always courteous and friendly. We were very happy with our results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Paul arrived at my Braintree location and assessed the state of my heavy, old wooden door and its broken spring. The panels were rotting out and I knew it was time to bite the bullet and replace the door. Paul was personable, efficient, and thorough as he measured the door and showed me the style options. He didn't try to upsell me on something I did not need such as a higher insulated door value (for a freestanding garage). We figured out the best system for me to get so there would never be a situation of me being locked out of the garage. He gave me an accurate estimate as to when I could expect delivery of the door and installation. Robin from the office called me and booked my installation time. The day of the installation, Rob Augusta came and took away the dead door after he had installed the new one and its mechanisms. Rob was cordial and worked carefully and efficiently. My only complaint is that he did not copy down my serial number information for my warranty registration. I need to get up on a ladder inside the garage and get that information myself before I can register my purchase for warranty. That is a very small hiccup in what was a very highly satisfying experience with Precision Door. Sharon in billing was also easy to deal with. My installation was a month ago and I just passed on Rob Augusta's business card to a former neighbor. I only hope the product is as good as the customer service.

Chose Precision because I had an urgent problem and liked your website with the instant live chat and because you responded so quickly. I accidentally lowered the garage door with the remote while the trunk door was open and the trunk door got stuck and garage door wouldn't open again so couldn't get to my car. This was late Friday afternoon and a technician (Ron) was scheduled for the next day--a Saturday! He was prompt (half an hour early), friendly, courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing. He resolved the problem in no time. Will call you in a heartbeat for any future problems.
