My technician, Mike T., did a fine job. Prior to his arrival, I brought my wife home from the hospital and informed her of the problem and she recognized what the resolution was, so by the time he arrived, the problem was solved but he fine-tuned the system making sure that all the links and bearings were lubricated accordingly. To be quite honest, this was my first experience with Precision. I got them from the internet. I called with an emergency and was given a 2 hour window as to when a tech would arrive. To my surprise, he did arrive well within the time frame I was given. He was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, after checking to find my problem, he didn't have the part with him. He adjusted my garage door so that I could manually open and close it, and promised to return the following day to install the broken part. The tech arrived the next day (which happened to be a Saturday}. He worked around my schedule to make his visit convenient for me and he replaced the broken part within a very short period of time. I have to say that my first experience with Precision won't be my last. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 6!!! I also want to say that my tech, Alex, is the reason I am so impressed with Precision.

Dylan, was very professional, he evaluated the work, that needed to be done. He went over in detail all the options available to get the garage door operating properly and safe . He gave me an estimate on how long it would take. He completed the job and went over everything he did. He demonstrated everything he did and how everything was working with the equipment he installed. He completed the paperwork and reviewed the warranty. I was very pleased with the job.
