We had a great previous experience with Precision in the past and this was no different. Alex arrived within an hour and a half of our call about a malfunctioning for opener. In less than two hours he had installed a new one that is infinitely better than what we had before. A great company. Very responsive. Member of the BBB. Have never had a problem with them. The technician I’ve met with has been very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more highly. The categories offered for reason for appointment don’t cover my situation. I thought my garage door had become noisy after being painted. But then it was less so when the technician came. He explained that if a knife isn’t used after painting the door, to make sure the garage door panels aren’t stuck together by the paint in a way that makes it hard for the panels to separate in movement, the garage door motor has to work harder to pull the door until the paint finally separates on its own. Guess mine separated ok a day or so before he came. The door was quieter and he reassured me that it was operating as it should.
