Precision's advertising was very informative. It was useful to know that service is available 24/7 (including weekend and evenings.) My service technician was prompt and very knowledgable. He fixed the issue - replacing the photo eyes - in an efficient manner and explained the problem and ways I could correct the problem in the future (if necessary.) I called expecting to wait days to have my door opener repaired. Instead I got an appointment for the next day which was Saturday. Researched online (yelp, angieslist, etc.) for someone to replace our old garage door opener with a new one that we bought ourselves from Costco. Called several places. Precision's estimate was competitive with the other bids. They were able to send someone on the same day -- which took me by surprise. I was thinking that it wouldn't be able to send someone for several days. Duane, the technician, arrived on time. He answered all my questions, and even shared some suggestions on how to keep the garage door (and opener) in good condition. He was very thorough in his work and didn't leave a mess. After he installed everything, he tested the opener and made sure everything was working. I'm a stickler for details, and Duane did a great job. Duane was courteous and very professional. Excellent experience with Precision. I would definitely recommend them.
