I had initiated a correspondence online with the websites live support to make an appointment for servicing my garage door. I was able to get the expected fees for the service upfront and also have a tech come out that very morning to do the repair. I also received a report of suggested repairs including costs for better performance of the door. I was very pleased with the whole process. I will be using the services again. Thanks

I want to say the people at Precision were great. We are very happy with the new garage door and everything that went into installing and using it. We needed an entire new set up and they made it painless. Ron was great. There was no pressure. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking to to have anything done on their garage door.

Techician arrived early and was able to fix our door within 20 minutes. I was amazed that the parts he needed - 2 large springs- were in the van. This is the second transaction we have had with Presicion in 5 months - the first was a new automatic opener (I guess the door is showing its age)and both times the tecnician was excellent and the van well stocked with all the necessary parts. Hope this is the last thing the door needs for a while, but if not, we will certainly call Precision again.
