Service was fine and technician very competent. However, the invoice was pitiful. It listed only: Labor Charge (Residential) - Hourly charge 1.00 Material Description Quantity 1 4" Cast Iron Pulley 4.00 It did NOT give prices for either labor or the 4 pulleys the tech installed. This makes it impossible to evaluate the ‘VALUE’ of the service. Very disappointing.

Have them come out every couple years as a preventative maintenance plan. Just had them repair my son’s door as well. Eddie just installed a new motor with remote access and he was professional, knowledgeable and on time. Will see them in a couple years!

I called and booked got an appointment the next day. They texted me when they were on their way and kept me up to date on time of arrival. They were professional, recommended the fix, executed in a timely manner. Price was $540+ to repair springs and cable on one bay. I did not shop around to see if that was reasonable or not. So i cannot attest to that.

When my garage door wouldn't open, I was at a loss as my car was inside. Contacted a friend who immediately called your company. Being the day before Xmas Eve, your person came the day after Xmas. He came, fixed the broken cable and gave me some options. Leave it as is or get new cables. I opted for new cables as the ones there are old. Also, I was told I would not be charged for the first visit. The young man was extremely nice, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing your people next week

Technician (Justin Rice) arrived ahead of schedule, evaluated and provided a fair and equitable price to do a complete component replacement, spring, rollers, cables and tune up - all with 7 year warranty. Justin, was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner! Would highly recommend them.
