Service man came on time, came in briefly told us what he was going to do, reminding us of the cost of evaluating the project and then went about doing that. He appeared maybe 15-20 later told us what needed to be done and the cost. We agreed, he proceeded with the job, finished, explained how the system worked, had me practice and that was that. Great job.

Paul called to say he was running ahead of schedule and arrived a few minutes later. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. After some discussion about the state of our doors and the need for replacements in the near future, he replaced the broken springs on one door and did some maintenance on the other two doors. I anticipate that we will be calling on Paul to make the replacements before the summer is out. 5 Stars.

Pleasant Surprises Love the garage doors but I really love how quiet the opener is. I can barely hear it while in the garage and not at all when I’m the house. The installer was very friendly and focused on doing a great job. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Simply outstanding. In about 80 minutes, the garage door opener was complete repaired and the springs and bearings for the door replaced - all with in 15 degree weather. I'm impressed.

Our garage door springs snapped and pulleys sheared this winter. Our service provider was prompt, analyzed our problems efficiently and found the most cost effective solutions. Not being knowledgeable about the structure of garage doors, I imagined the worst, but was delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend this company especially the service provider who worked for us.

My older garage door was not working at all. Plus, it was a safety issue. Ron came out today on time and fixed the problems. He replaced two springs and reattached a very important wire! Ron was competent, polite and professional. We were all very pleased. I give him and the company five stars.

Tremendous overall service. Very easy to make an appointment, and he technician arrived right on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and responded to my request to replace an additional weatherstrip on a garage door. The new opener installation was completed and programmed rapidly. Service Technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The estimates was very clear and he made a great presentation. Only complaint was he didn't offer the senior discount. After reviewing your website I called the office and asked for it, which you gave me (thank you).
