Service was fine and technician very competent. However, the invoice was pitiful. It listed only: Labor Charge (Residential) - Hourly charge 1.00 Material Description Quantity 1 4" Cast Iron Pulley 4.00 It did NOT give prices for either labor or the 4 pulleys the tech installed. This makes it impossible to evaluate the ‘VALUE’ of the service. Very disappointing.

Mike called to say he'd be early and was true to his word, a characteristic he consistently demonstrated. A badly rusted cable had broken, causing the 165 lb. door to slam to the ground. He showed me how 27 years had degraded both doors and showed me exactly what was needed to fix them. True to his word, he did what he said he'd do in an hour and a half. Not super cheap but a five year warrantee lessened the pain. A really terrific job! Thanks, Mike.

Super service. Called early morning to make appointment, and Tom was at the house within a few hours. He replaced the worn gears in the door opener, greased the rollers and was done in about an hour. Great work. Would highly recommend to anyone.
