I called on a Friday evening after the chain on my Liftmaster came off the cam, which had snapped. I was told that a tech would be here between 4-6 on Saturday, I received a call in the morning re-scheduling to between 10-12, even better. Jason showed up and explained the entire job to me and said it would take about 30-45 minutes. He replaced the cam and all my rollers and re-balanced the door and set the tension. It was a perfect door and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone in the future.

Mike was there early, did an inspection and gave us options and prices. Bearings on the motor and rollers were shot. He replaced the motor and all rollers and we now have a quiet garage door with the added benefit of light beam safety equipment.
