My garage door opener all of the sudden stopped working, it was over 20 years old so I wasn't too upset. Eddie came out and tried to et it to work but it was just worn out. He gave me my option for a new opener and within and hour had it all set up and ready to go. Great customer service, Eddie was on time let me know when he was on his way and extremely courteous and professional. I have recommended precision to neighbors and will use them again when needed.

Sorry, my arrival wIndow was 12-4,when I made the appointment. It was changed last minute to 2-6 which was 1 hour later than I could manage, having dinner plans at 5. I had hoped he would arrive before 4:30 and I waited as long as I could. Also, I was told your technician could not legally work on it without the electric eyes, but later when I raised the issue she said it would be okay. I'm not so sure.

When looking into having my garage door openers replaced I was impressed with your customer reviews. I had my existing garage door openers replaced from chain drive to belt drive and was very pleased with the difference but also equally impressed and delighted with the performance of the work from Eddie. Technician (Justin Rice) arrived ahead of schedule, evaluated and provided a fair and equitable price to do a complete component replacement, spring, rollers, cables and tune up - all with 7 year warranty. Justin, was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner! Would highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly and quickly when tech got to my house. That was an hour and a half after time slot but I do understand that with this type of work you can get backed up in a hurry. Technician Mike M. called ahead & was able to arrive 1 hr. earlier than scheduled (worked out great for me!.) Basically rebuilt 1 of my 2 garage doors; cleaned/lubed/balanced both. The quality of parts he used were much higher than the OEM parts they replaced: cast-iron (as opposed to stamped steel) pulleys; heavier-duty cables; sealed bearing rollers, etc. He worked quickly & efficiently. I'm very happy with the work performed by Mike & Precision, & will get Mike back out here when the 2nd door inevitably needs a rebuild.

Hi. Met with Mike today-very professional, offered earlier apponumebt due to a cancellation-worked out well. I signed on for a new door and opener-he presented options and the deal was sealed looking forward to finishing project- 7 week delivery is a long time to wait-will put me into end of December. Not a good thing.

Mike the technician called me before he came to say that he would be early if that was alright. He arrived about 10 minutes later and immediately diagnosed the problem and told me what would be required to repair it. He was very personable and most respectful and I would be more than happy to call Precision again if there was a problem. He explained to me that the rollers needed replacement and he also lubricated the door. He did this very quickly and then showed me what he had done. The door is now extremely quiet and there is a definite difference in the performance of the door. Thank you so much.

I do not often provide 5 star reviews, in this case the entire experience of replacing the door to my garage with Precision was fantastic! From the estimate provided by Gary to the installation done by Juan. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time he said. He cleaned up the site. He explained how things worked and what to do for ongoing maintenance ... which is very minor. Juan did more than he needed to do, and I appreciate his extra effort! The door works great! And is sealed really well ... even with today's wind, snow, sleet and rain!
