I called precision for the same reason i called in the past. You provide same day service. Our garage door opener/ spring and cable broke around 11 am. I called right away and got an appointment at 4pm. The repair tech was on time and knowledgable. Great job and great service. Thank you Please continue your same day service capability. It is what makes you stand apart from the rest.

I have used Precision for repairs, new garage door installation and new opener installation and have always been very pleased with the service I've received. I would recommend Precision without reservation. From the office staff to the technicians, the service is excellent. I had Mike today and as usual, he was great.

Mike from Precision came to our home in Hingham this morning and replaced the springs on our garage door - it's working perfectly! Mike was on time (even called on his way here), very professional and efficient, and we could not be more pleased with his work. Precision was able to get us on their schedule quickly - important because we use that door multiple times per day. We will absolutely use this company again.

Had a bad controller and Precision Door was out within 48 hours to fix it. Mike, the technician that came, was early and was absolutely great. I really couldn't have asked for more. He not only fixed the issue, he gave me some great guidance and tips on how to prolong the life of our garage door system. Couldn't be happier!

My garage door's spring and pulley broke on Labor Day. I called the telephone number and got a knowledgeable person.(Most places would have just had a recording saying they were closed) I made an appointment for the next day and the service technician came down on time and repaired it. He explained everything to me. Very satisfied. Please continue to offer same day service it is what stands out along with good repair work. Rating 5

We had a garage door that was out of alignment. The service technician arrived early in the 2 hour commitment window, and identified the problem almost immediately. Before he left, the parts were already on order, with a promise they'd be ready to install 'early next week'. Not 3 hours later I got a call to schedule the parts replacement the following Monday. Terrific service, and fair prices - what more could you ask for!

I had a tough Garage door repair. I needed new springs which were special order (I have a 60 year old solid wood double garage door) and I needed a new Garage door opener. Gary was the technician on my job and although it was not a straight forward job, Gary and Precision Door Service kept me informed and completed my job as soon as possible and Gary did a great job. The technician was courteous and informative and completed the work efficiently. Unfortunately, after the technician left, one of my doors wouldn't operate and I need to call back tomorrow to have the problem fixed.
