I called precision for the same reason i called in the past. You provide same day service. Our garage door opener/ spring and cable broke around 11 am. Mike from Precision came to our home in Hingham this morning and replaced the springs on our garage door - it's working perfectly! Mike was on time (even called on his way here), very professional and efficient, and we could not be more pleased with his work. My garage door's spring and pulley broke on Labor Day. I called the telephone number and got a knowledgeable person.(Most places would have just had a recording saying they were closed) I made an appointment for the next day and the service technician came down on time and repaired it. He explained everything to me. Very satisfied. Please continue to offer same day service it is what stands out along with good repair work. Rating 5

We had a garage door that was out of alignment. The service technician arrived early in the 2 hour commitment window, and identified the problem almost immediately. Before he left, the parts were already on order, with a promise they'd be ready to install 'early next week'. Not 3 hours later I got a call to schedule the parts replacement the following Monday. Terrific service, and fair prices - what more could you ask for!

I had a tough Garage door repair. I needed new springs which were special order (I have a 60 year old solid wood double garage door) and I needed a new Garage door opener. Gary was the technician on my job and although it was not a straight forward job, Gary and Precision Door Service kept me informed and completed my job as soon as possible and Gary did a great job.
