I had Dylan and Noah visit for a scheduled appointment to repair one of our garage door openers. I was impressed with the level of communication both before and during the appointment; they walked me through repair & replacement options, and the work was completed quickly. I had one side of my spring/cable broken. The smallest estimate was $379 and the largest was $699. I could not afford these repairs at this time but just wanted everyone to know what type of money you are looking at to do these repairs. They had to charge me $79 to come out to my house which is refundable if I go ahead with the work in the future (not sure how long future is). The Technician was very professional. I really had no idea how expensive these garage doors are to repair and therefore my post.
To be fair, there was a lot was wrong with Mr. Rizoli's door. The $379 price included the $79 service fee, springs, new safety cables, and new lift cables. Also the $699 option rebuilt his whole door and came with a 7 year warranty. Our competitors typically only give a 1 year warranty on their parts and labor when they install a new door. Thank you Mr. Rizoli for calling us back and going with the first option. We appreciate your business and your recognizing that we do provide a great deal of value.
