Your tech was terrific. The issue was only a battery but given the age of the door he checked all the components. Thank You

My garage door was just repaired this morning (a Saturday) and I so appreciate Precision’s customer service. Not only were they willing to squeeze me into their schedule this morning but their follow through communications and on-site work were all very professional. I had not used Precision before but they were recommended to me by a neighbor. Since I was in an immediate need situation I decided to give them a try and didn’t do any comparative pricing. That said, i think the package pricing was reasonable and I now have a safer and working garage door thanks to Paul!

The service was very prompt and the technician was very pleasant, helpful and professional. I am giving an excellent rating in spite of the fact that he was later than promised, because it was weather related. I would use this company again.
