One of our garage door openers was not working with either the remote or the wired button. The technician arrived early (after calling to check if this was okay), quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed soon after. Very reasonably pieced and friendly service.

After a terrible accident in which I suffered 3 injured fingers from a malfunctioning garage door I have been consistent about doing garage door check-ups on a periodic basis. Service technician assessed my situation, made a recommendation, walked me through a multi-page glossy brochure showing a variety of door styles, and once I made a decision, took measurements and gave me a firm quote. He also pointed out that one model was at a bargain price this month and would rise in price in 2018. (The fellow who came to my house was Barry Williams -- confident and convincing.) The next day, Precision called me to double-check the components of my order, get a deposit, and agree on an installation date. They gave me a reminder call the day before installation, which was an incentive for me to clean out the garage of all those items I had stored there because one day I might need them. I was fortunate to have their best installation team -- Rob and Orlando. They were a real pleasure to work with, even placing door handles to match my height and reach to enable me to open and close the door in the event of power failure. They also showed me how to maintain the door mechanism in future years. And they cleaned up afterward! An all-around professional company, with a motivated staff.

5 Stars. I read their ad on the internet and was attracted by it. Here is a company that does exactly what they advertise. A superb technician [Mike} installed our door closer. Could not ask for better quality of workmanship and service. Believe me my standards for workmanship are very very high and Mike even exceeded them. He also answered all my questions [some technical] and made sure that I had all the information I needed before he left. Highly recommend them for garage door work. These people are exceptional.

Gary was great! I drove through my garage door, totally destroying it and I needed lots of help narrowing down all the choices and options for a replacement. He did that well for me. And then, after i'd ordered and he'd left, he heard that we were going to get lots of snow tomorrow. He drove back to my house and installed a tarp he got to cover the opening.
