Both technicians were very courteous and answered all of my questions. They installed a new 18 ft garage door and a new garage door opener. They demonstrated the use of the key pad for the garage opener and explained the function of the garage door opener wall switch. They worked efficiently in the very cold weather.

Hi had Paul and Rainer come to my house yesterday and they were both 5 star!! Couldn't close garage door with automatic door opener because door was binding when being lowered. The automatic opener thought there was an obstruction and would open it again. Paul Osborne quickly diagnosed the problem as worn out parts (rollers, pulleys, cables and springs). He performed a safety inspection of the automatic opener and found it to be in good working order. Paul then provided and cost to perform the repair which I needed to approve before he would begin. Paul arrived on time, was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Upon completion of the repair he reviewed the work he had completed and made sure I was satisfied. Should the need arise would not hesitate to do business again with Precision and Paul.

We were having intermittent problems with our door not closing on the house we had purchased over a year ago. We called Precision based on the reviews here and we're glad that we did! Paul O. came by early after checking in with us and was quickly able to give us a few options. The hardware on our door was completely shot, and in some cases, installed incorrectly or inappropriate for our particular door! though our panels were in decent condition, so we went with a rebuild. He also replaced an old and failing opener with a Wi-Fi enabled unit that we purchased some months ago on our own. We're very pleased with the work Paul performed and we highly recommend Precision!
