We were having intermittent problems with our door not closing on the house we had purchased over a year ago. We called Precision based on the reviews here and we're glad that we did! Paul O. came by early after checking in with us and was quickly able to give us a few options. The hardware on our door was completely shot, and in some cases, installed incorrectly or inappropriate for our particular door! though our panels were in decent condition, so we went with a rebuild. He also replaced an old and failing opener with a Wi-Fi enabled unit that we purchased some months ago on our own. We're very pleased with the work Paul performed and we highly recommend Precision!

Paul orsborne called before coming and asked if he could come early. Of course I welcomed him. When he arrived he was welcomed by our two dogs and my grandson. We was understanding and went right to work. He gave me all options and price on repairing or replacing our door opener. Once I decided he completed the work quickly and professionally. I am so happy to have a working door again. Chris was professional, did a great job and was very thorough. He listened to the problem, assessed the situation, explained the repair and went to work! No waiting on parts he was done within an hour and laid out his guarantee and any future issues that could potentially happen. He actually made the existing door safer. I got lots of calls and discounted offers but was looking to establish a relationship with a company I could count on..I think I found it!

Once again, Precision Garage Door provided excellent service. One of our garage doors wouldn't work, and Ron immediately knew we needed to replace the gear. He quickly did that, and also lubricated the gear on the other door so it would last longer. I love the friendly, prompt service, attention to detail, and the fact that they will fix/repair something if you don't need to purchase an entire new motor. We'll rely on Precision next time our garage doors need servicing. Thanks so much!!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best! Christopher called ahead to confirm his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem with our garage doors quickly and replaced the pulleys and rollers in no time. Our doors are now quieter and close perfectly. Christopher really takes pride in his work. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was done well. I appreciate the fact that I was able to see his picture on the website before he arrived. Precision is incredibly professional from the moment I made the appointment until I received the invoice. I highly recommend Precision. I am extremely happy with the work that was done.

Last year Precision installed a fantastic new set of garage doors, motors, etc. Everything was working flawlessly until one of the doors started skipping a little bit. I called in the morning, got an appointment for that same afternoon and 20 minutes later after a little tweaking we are literally back on track. Great service and great products. Plus the 20 degree difference in the garage and warmer floors above thanks to the new doors were well worth the cost.

We found you on Angie's List highly recommended and then read quite a few of the reviews on your own website. Called Tuesday afternoon and appointment was easily made for Thursday. Lou arrived, took a quick look and knew immediately what was needed and then made the necessary repair. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and fixed my door in no time. Great service! My technician today was Lou. He showed up on time, and was very professional and approachable. The garage door had a tension spring which was broken and needed to be replaced. After talking to Lou he explained the roller wheels and the cables also look worn out being a 17 year old house so I went with the complete rebuild option for a few hundred dollars more. I would recommend this company to my friends. They also have 5 year warranty so that's a plus! A+++

My call for service was not really necessary - I was concerned about power outages in my basement that I thought might be related to the newly installed door, but they were unrelated. Matt was on time and very helpful with his assessment, very professional and courteous with some advice on further troubleshooting/ power surge protection. It's unfortunate that I had to pay a service fee ($79) for something that I should have been able to figure out myself, but I appreciate his time. Thanks, Meg N.

Couldn't close garage door with automatic door opener because door was binding when being lowered. The automatic opener thought there was an obstruction and would open it again. Paul Osborne quickly diagnosed the problem as worn out parts (rollers, pulleys, cables and springs). He performed a safety inspection of the automatic opener and found it to be in good working order. Paul then provided and cost to perform the repair which I needed to approve before he would begin. Paul arrived on time, was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Upon completion of the repair he reviewed the work he had completed and made sure I was satisfied. Should the need arise would not hesitate to do business again with Precision and Paul.
