Great service! My technician today was Lou. He showed up on time, and was very professional and approachable. The garage door had a tension spring which was broken and needed to be replaced. After talking to Lou he explained the roller wheels and the cables also look worn out being a 17 year old house so I went with the complete rebuild option for a few hundred dollars more. I would recommend this company to my friends. They also have 5 year warranty so that's a plus! A+++

My call for service was not really necessary - I was concerned about power outages in my basement that I thought might be related to the newly installed door, but they were unrelated. Matt was on time and very helpful with his assessment, very professional and courteous with some advice on further troubleshooting/ power surge protection. It's unfortunate that I had to pay a service fee ($79) for something that I should have been able to figure out myself, but I appreciate his time. Thanks, Meg N.

Service was first class, from initial phone contact to final repair. Gary, the service technician, was not only a good tech, but also a personable salesman as well. He had two 20 year old heavy wood doors with worn out hardware working as good as new within 2 hours. Great job!
