I found your company online and read the reviews from other customers in my city. All the reviews were so favorable, so I decided that I would contact your company and schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled online and from that point forward your company provided me with an appointment that was within a few days which was very acceptable. I received a text message today advising me that your technician Justin Rice was on his way. Justin was personable. He was very professional and immediately addressed and resolved my problem. Any future problems with my garage doors, I will be contacting your company for service.

Just had a weatherstrip replaced on one of my doors. (only lasted 7 years). Although I found the cost to be a bit expensive, the technician was fantastic. He greeted me very professionally was all smiles and did a great job. Mike Maghakian did a great job and was super easy going. Very satisfied with the service he provided.

We were pleased to have Mike M. visit us today. He even came 3 hours earlier! Our brackets, wiring for the door sensors and sensors needed to be replaced. He also lubricated the door track and joints and it is much quieter. Thank you for explaining what needed to be done and showing us the parts. Barry arrived on time and was professional in his demeanor. He explained everything prior to beginning the repair. He had the new springs installed and the bearings and cables were changed to. The price was explained prior to beginning the repair. I had already been waiting for a repair consult from a local company and would have needed another week for spring repair.
