Barry came early after checking whether that would be okay. I was delighted to get the work done so promptly. He was very professional and polite, answering all my questions. I couldn't be more complimentary of the service i received today from Precision. I left a message at 5:30 AM that my garage door would not close. A little after 7AM, when the office opened, Glenn reached out to me on my cell to inquire what was going on. I explained the problem, and he said "let me check to see if i can get a tech out to you today ! I will call you back in 10 minutes. " He called back and in fact had someone come out this morning around 9:30AM. Glenn, Thank you for quick response.
