I have had many good experiences with precision! They are always on time and really helpful and definitely solve the problem efficiently. Dylan fixed our door quickly and explained to me everything that had gone wrong for it to stop working in the first place. I was nervous that we would need a new door but we didn’t and I was so grateful to him for his service!

Barry the service technician showed up at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem that caused the old opener to fail. He explained what work need to be done, and installed a new opener, springs, safety cables etc.. in a timely and professional manner.

I couldn't be more complimentary of the service i received today from Precision. I left a message at 5:30 AM that my garage door would not close. A little after 7AM, when the office opened, Glenn reached out to me on my cell to inquire what was going on. I explained the problem, and he said "let me check to see if i can get a tech out to you today ! I will call you back in 10 minutes. " He called back and in fact had someone come out this morning around 9:30AM. Glenn, Thank you for quick response.

Barry came early after checking whether that would be okay. I was delighted to get the work done so promptly. He was very professional and polite, answering all my questions. He came to troubleshoot and service my doors. We came up with a plan for more work after he was done and he sent me quotes for everything. Great guy and a pleasure to work with!
