When my garage door wouldn't open, I was at a loss as my car was inside. Contacted a friend who immediately called your company. Being the day before Xmas Eve, your person came the day after Xmas. He came, fixed the broken cable and gave me some options. Leave it as is or get new cables. I opted for new cables as the ones there are old. Also, I was told I would not be charged for the first visit. The young man was extremely nice, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing your people next week

I've had two service calls since moving in to our home. One for a new system and one to replace the rubber pieces on the bottom of the doors. Both times, the techs were knowledgeable, prescriptive and very patient. Never trying to upsell, always focused on finding a solution to the issue. This is a first rate operation with first rate employees. And the best part is their prices are very reasonable. I can't speak highly enough about the service.
