Gerard was experienced, knowledgeable patient & easy to talk to, a rare combination. I needed to get my garage door opener replaced. The technician showed up right at 8am. Had everything done in about 90 minutes. He reviewed all the features of the opener, keypad and remotes and was gone before 10am. Very efficient, very knowledgeable, very polite! Couldn't ask for better service!

I was pleased with the service Matt provided today. He was on time, courteous and went out of his was to be sure everything was working properly before he left. The only negative was that I originally had an appointment two days ago. Apparently the technician who was scheduled was running late but no one called me until after my two-hour window had expired. However, I won't hesitate to call again because in the end I am very satisfied.

Ron Lecours did an outstanding job. He explained the issues and made several recommendations on what needed to be done. We replaced springs, rollers and cables and he made all the necessary adjustments. He was very professional and knowledgeable, came even earlier based on a confirmed phone conversation. He was in and out in about 1 hr and the garage door is now functioning even better.
