Jacob was the tech who came out. He was very thorough explaining to me what would have to be done to my garage door opener. I decided to have the 5 year rebuild green and now my door goes up and down with minimal noise and it’s not jumping around anymore. A big relief! I won’t hesitate to call Precision again in the future if work needs to be done.

Chris Young arrived right on schedule and performed a quick, efficient and high quality repair with a new safety cable for the springs, lubrication and a new set of sensor eyes for a fair price.
