I had the lift system on my garage door replaced today. When the technician showed up he quoted me a price of $649. Because I couldn't get my car out and I didn't want to leave my house open, I agreed. After the work was done I checked online on what that type of repair should cost. The highest price I saw was around $300. He was here for 1 HOUR. You guys charged me more than double what it should have been. I think I deserve an adjusted charge. I would like to hear from you about this. If I don't, I will call my credit card company.

Arrived on time.Did a good job.Cleaned up after the job was done. After he left the door opened by itself.I called the company. He came back and made an adjustment.Have to wait a couple of months to see if this opener is reliable.I see you have miitary discounts.I was never asked and never received one.Also being 80,never asked or received senior discount.Also just saw a $50.00 coupon with the opener I had installed.Never asked.How do I used that.

One of the springs broke on my door and I found Precision on the internet. One call and I had a technician , Christopher, at my house by 1pm. He not only fixed the problem but also went the extra step to straighten the runner and tighten down the entire unit. The door is so quiet opening and closing now. Typically we are $50 to $100 more than our competitors, but our workmanship and warranty give our customers peace of mind as well as the best parts on the market!
