We were super pleased with the work Ron performed in fixing both our garage doors. They used to be very hard to open, and one had a broken spring. Now we can open either door with just 2 fingers. We got the package that included replacing all rollers, springs, installing safety wires to stop broken springs from snapping back and doing damage and cables. Very pleased with the result!

I reached out online at 6pm at night for a service request for a broken garage door and was able to book an appointment for the next morning. The technician called and texted ahead of arrvial, was on time, friendly, knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly. I also found their fees to be very fair. We couldn't be happier with the support and will most certainly be back when it's time to replace our doors!

I had used Precision about 2 1/2 years ago and called them with a broken cable problem. They were able to come that very morning, so I was lucky and they performed the service quickly and explained all my options. In the end he replaced springs, rollers and cables with a 7 year warranty.

I chose Precision Door in part from the positive feedback on line and I found the service to be prompt, professional, and informative. Paul called before his arrival and was running early and asked if that was ok with me. Once here he asked the issue I was having and checked my doors one of which was racked. He recommended re-building the frame and replacing the springs. He informed me the cost and with my ok completed the work within the hour. It was a good experience.

He explained what was wrong and showed me options for what I could replace. When he came out again to do the work (just 1 business day later) he made sure I was satisfied and knew how to use my new equipment before I left. I would highly recommend the company.

Barry Williams, the Precision technician, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems I was having with my garage door and keypad. With regard to the latter I had previously been told by someone from a different company that the keypad needed to be replaced. Barry knew how to simply reset the computer chip in the keypad and restore it so it is back to being fully functional. Barry was both professional and personable and typical of the experience I've had with Precision Door Service in the past. I highly recommend this company.

Perfect! Our overhead garage door had been knocked out of alignment when one of us - not saying who - tried to back the SUV out of the garage without closing the back hatch. As a result, the garage door wouldn't close. Christopher called two hours before our scheduled appointment to say he could come out sooner to repair the door if I was available. I wasn't able to get there but since the door was open anyway, I asked Christopher if he would be able to do it without me there. He could and he did. The repair was done exactly as I would have wished. When it was finished, he called to let me know so I could give him a credit card number. In all, very timely, excellent and courteous service at a reasonable price. Thanks again, Christopher.

I was very impressed with the services provided by your team; from the initial call to book the appointment, to the confirmation before the technician arrived, to the final work completed. Everyone was friendly and professional. Repairs were completed by someone very knowledgeable who quickly repaired the garage door at a reasonable price. The quality of the work and the fast turn around time were key as I could not close the door due to the damage and the weather has started to be very cold and icy.

I learned about Precision through my AAA membership and took advantage of an offer for a Tune Up for my 2 garage door openers. Gary called to say he was on the way and arrived on time for the appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and recommended a full rebuild, replacing with better quality springs, cables, rollers. Although I hoped the Tune Up plus a new cable would suffice, Gary convinced me it would be worth it to replace all the junky parts. He did an extremely professional job, finished within 90 minutes, and now my garage door openers seem like new, with a 7 yr warranty on parts and labor. I must admit I suffered sticker shock at the price of the rebuild but I am happy with the outcome. I'm no longer worried about my doors failing this winter. Gary refused my tip.
